Is it fine if I do this problem with Paired Data method ??

 

No - because there are two separate groups of clients.

 

I am not able to understand exactly that when do we use paired data method.
Please explain if possible with the help of the question-4.13, part 4.

 

I don't have the notes.

However if you are writing the Indian exams, I suggest you refer to a similar question in May 12 paper. That one is a good case study to identify when you have got paired data and when you do not.
