Hi,

Would like some clarification on below:
' ODP model can allow for individual incremental claims to be negative for any development period as long as development factor across the development period as a whole is greater than 1'

When it says 'across the development period as a whole', does this mean development factor for that 1 development period across all origin years applicable (like how we calculate development factor for chain ladder method)?
