Hi. I was just wondering if anyone has applied for one of the NUS Extra cards and if so, what evidence did you enclose to confirm you are a student?
Thanks.

I've got email confirmation from the institute that the evidence required is the same as with the NUS Associate card - i.e. you just print out the page that shows your contact details when you login to the profession's website (Login -> Transactions and personal information -> Your contact details) and get your employer to sign it saying they confirm you are a student of the institute of actuaries.

Yip, Jean's right. I also wrote a mini-essay on why I was doing this as last time the data processors kept sending my form back (despite it being filled in correctly) and getting through to someone to find out why was awfully painful!

Sent mine in last week so we'll see when I get the card back....
