NCD/transition matrix questions

Hi,
Some previous exam papers seem to have questions on no claims discounts, calculating transition matrices and the steady state. Seem to be more suited to CT4 models. Are these still part of the syllabus?
e.g.
Oct 09 Q7
April 09 Q11
Sept 08 Q9
April 08 Q8
