Hey all, I am a citizen of the EU living and working in the US. I am interested in moving to the UK at some point in my career and am looking for some input. I have 3 years experience in the P&C (General Insurance) field and have passed the first 4 CAS exams which if I understand correctly would get me credit for CT1 - CT7 under your system. Would a UK company take a chance on someone like me who went to university and works in the US or do I need to wait until I am a fellow? Also is there an estimate of what the salary expectations for someone with 3 years of experience and exams CT1 - CT7? I would appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks
