Ever wondered why these employers are so reluctant about equipping you with skills in Actuarial software such as Prophet or Moses?
So in a previous you post you tell us that "There is hardly nothing to train except tell someone to read some rules or look at some spreadsheets," and now you're complaining about not having been given enough training!

Because I was referring to the cross-over training, whereas those software are used in all areas.
 
They're not though! It's very unusual for GI companies to use Prophet or MoSeS. They mostly use Igloo, ReMetrica, ResQ, Emblem and the like.
