Please provide a simple example on how model points would be used for pricing and profit testing. For a unit linked policy will the charges be set at the same time when the product is being profit tested with this charge? In pricing, will a price be set then this price will be profit tested? Please explain.
Funny question. have you done CT5? A model point is a sample policy. you profit test to set a premium or set of charges for this sample policy.
