I dont understand the answer for Q8. All of my answers worked on the assumption that theta = 2. This was because the death of the 5th life happened after their 81st birthday so I didnt count it. However, the answers use theta = 3 . I agreed with the solutions that the exposed to risk for this life was 8 months, which also means, according to the solutions that the death was counted even though it was outside the times that the life was exposed to risk. Please Help, thanks.
