Question iii) doesn't use mean time formula it somehow does it?? Because mean time formula starts with the initial
m(i) = 1/ lambda(i) + sum{j=!i, j=!k}(mu(ij) * m(j) / lambda(i)) but in the solution there is no account of the 1/lambda(i)??? PLEASE HELP
