Hey £32k starting salary regardless of exemptions. Went to £33k after 6 months. £35k after a year due to exemptions. Now I have 1.5 years experience, exemptions CS1, CB1, SP0 and passed CM1, CB2 just had a raise this month to £40k which was partially sept exam passes and general raise.
