According to communications from the IFoA, joining instructions should be available today online: On 31 August, joining instructions will become available for you to download from the member’s area of our website. This information will include how to create and verify your details in the exam platform and how to complete the examination. Has anyone found these? Where in the "Member Section" are they? I've written to the Exam Support email address, but previous experience tells me not to expect a fast response, and I want to do my equipment checks in good time. Thanks, Eleanor
Hi Eleanor, Based on previous online exams, they will email you, you don't to find it yourself. I when you receive the email highly depends on your actual exam date. My exam is on the 27th Sept, and I just received mine.

As Trevor mentions, you would have also received an email from alerts@onlinepracticalexams.org.uk redirecting you to set up your account.
