Hi Ana - presumably you mean in relation to capital project appraisal? The investment submission is the written document prepared at the end of the initial appraisal phase and which is submitted to the relevant committee in order to obtain a view as to whether or not to go ahead with the project. It is covered in Section 8 of Chapter 12. Hope that clears it up for you.
