Include assumptions slide?

Would it be a good idea to include a slide specifically for assumptions?
 
In general, I would think no (*).
I would say they are looking for a cover slide, a contents slide, a conclusions (with asking for questions) slide, and then roughly one slide covering each point raised in the question.
i.e. from reading the question, you should be able to identify 3-4 points or questions that need to be addressed.
(*)Unless of course one of the questions was around what assumptions you'd used!
