   In this Qn, we are asked to fine the 95 % Confidence Interval for that ratio of variances. The F (11,11, 0.025) point is needed. Kindly explain the interpolation procedure as I am getting the answer as 3.669 for F (11,11,0.025) instead of 3.478 (given in the answer script).
