Yeah seems so budget constraint equations are nowhere in the study material but it is a very fundamental concept that individual would have a budget constraint mapped with a straight line having intercept
so this will be
300x+400y=3000
so we can find the slope of this line

In what I have seen ,there would always be some out of syllabus question/(s) in IAI CT7

 

I really don't get it. What's the point of studying from the material, when they clearly are not going to stick to it? The only solution that I can think of is, for the institute to provide their own material. I, in fact, wrote the exam and needless to say I didn't make it.

Btw do we need to provide reasoning for MCQ in the paper or just mark which ever is the correct option.
