    The Cost function = 100+19q+3q^2

    Divide the equation by "q"
    AC= 100q^(-1) + 19+ 3q
    Now to obtain MC we need to differentiate the cost function both sides with respect to "q".

    MC= 0+ 19(1)q^0 + 3(2)q^1
    MC= 19q^0 + 6q^1
    MC= 19+6q
    In order to find the AC or MC, just put the value of the equilibrium quantity.

    Oh and next time can you please put the link, so that the person, any person for that matter, won't have trouble finding it. It saves a lot of time.

    Thank you.
