The results of the polls give the IFoA mean ratings as follows with regard to each of its 6 Principles:
    1 Integrity: 2.2 (poor)
2 Competence and Care: 3.3 (acceptable)
3 Impartiality: 2.67 (2/3 of the way between poor and acceptable)
    4 Compliance: 3.25 (acceptable)
    5 Speaking Up: 2.46 (poor)
    6 Communication: 2.05 (poor).
The IFoA is to be congratulated on (for the first time) getting a couple of ratings above poor (acceptable for both Competence and Care and Compliance). It would still have to discipline itself under principles Integrity, Impartiality, Speaking Up, and Communication, with its lowest scores being in Communication and Integrity.
