As my print screen attached here, how do i make sure that i can read up to a few decimal points? as in the Tables, there is only two decimal points when you read the z value for normal distribution. Do I have to interpolate it? if so, how do i go about it?

You use linear interpolation. Since 1.13137 is 13.7% between the tabulated values of 1.13 and 1.14 you just add on 13.7% of the difference between them.
