Daft question really as it depends on your study technique. Some people go thru methodically chapter by chapter doing all exercises and questions as they go. Others whizz through the course the first time to get a feel for scope. Just ensure that your study plan gives you plenty of time for past paper practice in the weeks leading up to the big day, and ensures you're on target to meet any tutorial / assignment deadlines as you go.
