I am appearing for my CT7 exam (IAI) this November. I was wondering whether ActEd notes are sufficient for passing the exams or shall I refer to John Sloman's book 'Economics for Business (Fifth Edition)' ?

    Hi,

If you're short of time, then the most efficient thing to do is definitely to focus on the ActEd Course Notes and then turn to the book if you don't know understand something fully and/or if you want more detail.

Not everything in the book is in the Course Notes, as they are a summary of the main points in the book. However, it is possible to pass by working through the Course Notes, provided you then practise a large number of past paper questions.

    Good luck! :)
