Hello forum , I'm having difficulty figuring out the (iii) of the attached question , which comes from April 2007 - No. 7 ( CT3 ) exams. I am comfortable converting the Bin( 200, 0.01) to Poi (2) , my main issue is how to convert the P( S > 2040) to fit in with the Poisson distribution, please? Many Thanks for your help.
