Hello I am considering making a move from an insurer to a Big 4 consultancy at a near-qualified level and was hoping to hear from anyone who has made a similar move. Were you able to get to grips with consultancy quickly having worked in industry before? Also, were you able to work on a range of different projects, which is my motivation for moving? And how is the work-life balance? It would also be great to hear from anyone who made a move in the opposite direction as well. Thanks
