in Chapter 25, page 21-23, the "factor-based approach" is mentioned a couple of times, but it seems not introduced in previous chapters or any other content in this subject. could you do me a favour advise what it indicate? thanks!
This is basically the same as (or an appropriate variation) of the broad-brush factor based approach described in Section 3.3 of Chapter 25.
