You're not the only one! To be fair, I would be surprised if you get any replies on the forum to such a WOPPING question as this! I think the one single thing that could help you most is to go on a tutorial (perhaps someone else - not just me, a tutor, could agree or disagree with me on this - else you might think I'm trying to sell you something!).
If you've already been on a tutorial, or that option is impossible for you, then we'll have another think!

Not a tutor, don't work for ActEd, but agree the tutorials are a great way to get your head round overly complicated (daft?) parts like exposed to risk. Doesn't mean you'll remember it come exam time :)( FA) but that part comes with plent practice after the tutorial....
