Exam Pens Query - Can any tutors help?

Is my pen legal?

ok, tried to do some research, i have about a cup of black pens i was intending to use for the exams, and then i thought maybe "no fountain pens" might include pigment ink pens? Specifically MY pen:

Edding 78 Control Liner Pen Black.

I've always used these sorta pens because its easier to write- i tend to press really hard with other pens and it give me finger cramps- lol. but i'm not sure if this will be sufficient to help- i guess i have to practice and practice writing without fatigue with a bic? this will be a mini torment for CT7 where i have to write a lot!
