Yesterday's business reports seemed to show that there has been a slight shift towards the end of the economic downturn. More businesses are either expanding or stabilising and for the first time since April 2010 the construction industry has seen a rise in revenue.

Any opinions on this actuaries? Are we beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel? Where can you help?

    endof recession

A recession is defined as two consecutive quarters of contraction (i.e. negative growth) of GDP isn't it? So the recession was over a long time ago.
