Can anyone explain why it is that Den's body was found buried underneath the pub and cemented over by workmen paid by Chrissie...and yet the police do not seem fit to investigate who made arrangements for the work to be done. I understand she gave the alibi that she spent the night with Zoe, but as owner of the pub she had to have known that work was carried out in the pub.......
I watch Eastenders! (This must be what an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting feels like ) I wish I didn't if I'm honest, but what can you do... It seems to me that the entire police force and legal system based around Walford is a joke. Not only are the police in the square complete incompetants...a good example of which you provided...but also the legal system makes more basic errors than anything I've ever heard of!! (Half my family are lawyers ) How was Den buried in the first place, I forget? Surely someone checked in the hole before they poured concrete down it...or did the contractors leave everything unattended and then think their luck was in when someone did it for them?? leafy
tellme about it and furthermore, given one night, how did Sam mange to jig up a whole, carry Den's (heavy) died body by herself and have time enought to clean everything up, call the contractors, etc, before Chrissie returened. I am even more ashamed & appalled of Sharon.....how littel common sense must she have.... And Jake's acting completely does my head in (Mister wannabe hard-man) ...who wrote him back into the show?
I'm starting to think that life in Eastenders is actually going in reverse. Apparently they have re-hired one of the old producers who left to go and do Spooks (I think). And since then they have re-hired Den (Who got himself fired...), Jake, Sharon, Peggy and I hear Grant and Phil are on their way... I'm going to have to keep a calender under the TV to remind myself what year it is!! leafy
yeh, i also heard that Frank is coming back for abit in december for Jenine's courts case, but they won't focus on the trial. Question: how is Grant coming back from exile? how is Phil coming out from jail for armed robbery? - i wonder how stupid the producer's think we are?
i wish den would come back of all teh hard men (mitchells steve owne etc) who have been on enders dens teh only one with a brain..such clever plots he dreams up eastenders will get crap without characters like him oh rise again den
nah, they can't keep going into the past with their characters...all those story lines have been done. We need some real bad characters in the square, and ones that aren't rediculous like Jonny (A mafia boss conducting operations from a bar in Walford, eh?), and don't meet their end or have a crisis of conscience straight after their dirty deed (Chrissie would have been a good evil character...no-one would have suspected her...) We need someone to hate, but someone who sticks around long enough for us to really care about them meeting their end, and not just someone who's been in it for a month... leafy
