I have been doing past paper questions on revaluation from ASET. When attempting the questions I always list the following as disadvantages of revaluing property: - It can be time consuming - It may cost money None of the solutions in ASET seem to list these points. Does anyone know if I would get a mark in the exam for putting this as they seem like obvious valid disadvantages to me??
Hi I've not looked back through all past exam questions on this, but they have been mentioned in Examiner's Reports and ASETs at least once: April 2009 Q19 (ii) is on this, and costs gets a mention as a disadvantage. So, I'd certainly recommend including them in your answer. Lynn
