   I understand what interaction is. But I dont get what correlation is in GLM. Can someone clarify this for me.

   Interaction - eg adding an x1*x2 term into the GLM and this term might have an influence on the predicted variable (might explain the response).
   x1 and x2 could be correlated or not.
   I hope this helps a bit.
