Hello (This is also Q14 of the section 8 of revision questions book) In part iii of this question the solution uses the fact that the process is stationary. Can someone explain how we know this from the question? Many thanks Patrick
Hi Patrick If you see a question like this then assume stationarity. We wouldn't be able to fit the model otherwise. Hope this helps Andy
