Ct6 Chapter 10

    Hello!

    I'm unable to figure out how the interaction terms have been found out on page 25 And 27 Of Chapter 10.

    Also, I didn't understand how the linear predictor was estimated on page 26.

    The attached images are in sequential order. ( Pages - 25,26,27)

    We just made up the values for the estimates and the interaction terms - in real life we would use MLEs on a computer.
