ct5 - study techniques

    Hi,

    I am trying to study CT5 and finding it very difficult to understand the core reading. Any suggestion of best way of approching (study techniques) the study material????

    The biggest problem with starting CT5 is "notation overload". Loads of people say that they feel this way - overwhelmed by notation. It does come, honest, you've just got to practise questions and give it time to settle. The more questions you do, the better you will get.

    If you're struggling with the Core Reading, maybe try a top-down approach. Start with the questions, learn how to do them and then go back to the Core Reading to see if it makes more sense.

    Are you going on a CT5 tutorial? I'm bound to say this but I think they're great, by far the best thing I got from ActEd when I was a CT5 student,
