With reference to the solution to Q.13 IAI Oct'2015... Question asks to calculate EPV of profit for 3 year endowment product. The pricing basis and reserve basis are different. In the solution examiner haven't accounted reserves for calculating end year cash-flow. While i have incorporated reserves, and got the same answer as examiners. my query.. Whether non considering reserves in the solution are creditable? ( For both exams UK and IAI )
