I am going to start practicing past question papers in a week's time. I have the papers and their answers from that of 2005 till 2018. Which paper is the first one to follow the syllabus for this year's September exam? I don't want to start doing the old ones and then realize midway that they are not of the same syllabus.
Note: Indian Institute Exams.

Thanks.

I would suggest starting from the latest papers. This will give you an idea about the pattern of the questions asked these days.

But make sure to practice papers till 2005, if you have time. This will be a good practice and will help you solve the one or two weird questions usually asked in the paper.

Also, are the past questions grid in the ASET or Revision Notes useful for Indian exams?
