Didn't understand why we didn't integrate (1-(theta/x) i.e
to first integrate (1-(theta/x) from theta to 10 and ten raise it to the power of 9
to integrate (1-(theta/x) from 10 to 25 and then raise it to the power of 6
to integrate (1-(theta/x) from 25 to infinity and then raise it to the power of 5

 

You're given CDF rather than PDF. So you don't have to integrate it.
