CT3 comment on variability

    Hii all
    As there are mainly three measures of spread- Range, IQR and Sd. But how to comment on spread using each measure? Like if the qus. asked to comment on spread by using IQR.

    But it tells about central 50% value (i.e. Q3-Q1) and do not consider whole data values.. how can we comment on its basis?
