CT1 - Revision notes?

Folks,

A first-timer here, just looking for some advice on materials.

Using the CMP, also signed up for Series X in CT1 and CT3. I've all the examiner reports downloaded going back to 2000. The Series X is pretty good feedback. Wading through all the questions at the minute.

Now my question is, should I purchase the Revision notes for CT1? Or are they necessary if I'm carrying out heavy Q&A Bank, Assignment X, Y and Mock preparation with old exam papers, assignments etc.?

Also, are the ASET a good buy, given that exam reports are already available?

Its a really subjective question. The ASET will try to expand on bits where students struggle so can add value. But if your marks are fine and you are confident, its not an essential purchase. The marking and CMP pack should do you just fine.

As for revision notes, I always found your own are best, even in the later subjects when there is much more material to cover. But they are a nice size for quick revision. Again, its horses for courses.

Thanks

Cheers for that - sounds like the ASETs are a good idea then.
