CT1 non-member registration link

I would like to write CT1 as a non-member in April. I cant seem to find a webpage that will allow me to register fo this exam. Could someone please assist me in this regard.

I know exam registration for members doesn't start until Monday 29th January, I'm assuming it'll be similar if not the same for non members? So my guess would be there isn't one, yet.
