Hi In chapter CP1-02 there is a recommended SIAS paper called 'Topics in Actuarial and Corporate Governance'. I haven't been able to find this on the SIAS website. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Hi Sorry it looks like this paper has been removed from the SIAS website. A good (and more up-to-date) alternative is the UK Corporate Governance Code July 2018 which you can download on the FRC website. That said I would not suggest you spend much time exploring the code in detail, your time is better spent focusing on the notes and past paper questions, but you might want to look through the principles (but not the details in the provisions) in this code if you are interested. thanks Helen
