the chap nos given in the index of course notes for the corresponding chaps does not match with the sixth edition of the textbook
can you provide a revised list? eg:chap 13 from course notes matches with which chap from the sixth edition textbook?

The references in the 2014 version of the ActEd notes should be to the sixth edition of the textbook.

Are you using the 2014 notes?

If so, please can you provide a specific example of where the references are not correct.

    Thanks,

    Anna

yes i am using the 2014 notes. like in the case of module 13, they have provided the core reading as chapter 21 sec 2 and 3, but the topics there do not match properly with the ones in the course notes.
similarly module 14 refers to chap 31. but that chap does not exist. also in module 15 the page nos given does not match. Please clarify at your earliest possible.

I don't think you're using the right textbook.

Chapter 21, Section 2 of the textbook is entitled "Policies towards research and development", as in Module 13.

Chapter 31 (which exists in all of the fourth, fifth and sixth editions of the textbook) is entitled Supply-side policy.

    The textbook you need is:

    Economics for business (Sixth edition)
John Sloman, Kevin Hinde and Dean Garratt

The version I have is produced by Pearson and the ISBN is 978-0-273-79246-8

Did you buy your textbook from ActEd?

the book has a purple cover page?
"Sloman, John Economics. - 6th ed- FT Prentice Hall, 2006"- This was what i selected from under the online resource tab. is it correct?

I wouldn't recommend using the fifth edition.

I would use the textbook I described in my post above.
