CM1 Paper B

    Hi, was working through some of the excel practice questions and note that they always label/ name the cells which I understand will improve readability in the formula box. However if we are submitting in one excel file don't we have to label each instance of e.g interest rate used across the questions differently? Will we get penalized for not labeling/ naming the cells?

    I didn't do any labelling of the cells in the exam and it was fine, it's definitely not mandatory

    Same here. Never did that in the exam and was fine. Found it way too time consuming and if you look at the past exam paper solutions they really don't do much of it either so I don't think they care what you call the cell as long as your formula works.
