Chapter 6 ; Question 6.19 (page - 37)

It is clearly given in the study material that the premium calculation shall not include any bonuses, then why are bonuses included in the calculation of premium as given in the solution ?
Moreover am I thinking correctly that bonuses would never be included in premium calculations ? Please rectify me if I am wrong.

Thanks Raj for your response. Ya I also thought for once that it is given in the question that the premium is calculated on the following basis. If this is so then this is fine.
So suppose if the question doesn't specify like this and just gives the bonus rate then will we include them in the premium calculation ?
