I wonder whether there is a typo error for the below: On the 3rd paragraph, .... ie the time of the nth transition, and is also independent of anything that happened prior to the (n-1)th transition.... Is nth supposed to be (n-1)th transition? or is it just that I do not fully understand the sentence? Thank you.
