Hi, in Chapter 25 page 19, it suggested one of reserving method for reinsurance recoveries is broad brush , and one of the disadvantage is " all the issues described in Section 2 ... " in here , section 2 is only discussed about the reserving methods used for inward reinsurance instead of discussing about the issues. instead section 1 is talking about the issues for reinsurance reserving (including delay / upward tendency / data sparce ect) is there a typo or i missed something?
