    Hi,

I am looking at the example given on the impact graph by age of driver.
However I am not quite sure about the second last para:
"it had already been seen from GLM risk premium graphs that young driver relativities were too low. The graph suggest no effects from other correlated factors that noticeable mitigate this effect, otherwise, young drivers would not be so strongly on the 'unprofitable' side of the graph."

When we say young driver relativities were too low, does this mean the current rate is based on only young drivers (not taking into account other factors e.g. inexperienced drivers which can mitigate this effect)?

    That's my understanding, yes.
