   Hi, I don't understand the Acted explanation of No. of claim/No. of policies is claim freq per policy. (Page 29)

   "Claim frequency" is just another way of saying "average number of claims per policy".
   
   So if you get 5 claims from 2 policy, that's an average claim frequency of 2.5.
