Hi all, Im confused on this question, it seems that the variance is being treated as a constant, which is implied by the following equation E(n)E(omegahat^2)/E(var)=nE(omegahat^2)/var i understand that E(n)=n since n is constant, but the variance isnt known, so how can this be the case? Thanks
