Who exactly falls into this category? What is "partial regulation" by IFOA?
 
People who has FIA and Fellow status of another actuarial organisation (e.g. FSAS - Fellow of Singapore Actuarial Society).
These people normally work outside of the UK - but took the UK exams to qualify as a fellow.
Under partial regulation:
  • you pay cheaper subscription to IFoA + full subscription to the other organisation
  • you do 2 hours CPD per year under IFoA + 15 hours of CPD (depending on which country) per year under the other organisation
