how do you find the uk insurance market the last 1 year including covid and brexit?
is it my impression or not that the available positions are getting less and less?
 
To your first question: market seems buzzing still, getting sent the usual amount of roles by recruiters. Pricing in particular seems hot right now.

To your second question: I don’t know, is it your impression or not?
 
I've found the total opposite to you OP, properly inundated by recruiters in the last few months.
