Can you use google during CA2 Exam?

Hi,

I am wondering if you can use google to help during the exam e.g. look up Excel forumulae. In the Acted Notes, it says you can bring whatever you want in with you so I was wondering if googling was possible also.

As the exam is also online now, surely there is no way of policing whether google is used or not for these candidates.

I do use google regularly in work for help with coding, advanced Excel etc so I feel that googling would not be cheating as it mimics real work life. I would like to check this of course!

Unfortunately, the answer is NO.

Examination regulation 8 states:

Mobile phones and any other means of external communication must be switched off while candidates are in the assessment room.
